Through the iconic big screen of Times Square, Chinese gourmet Louis told vivid Chinese stories to the world, injecting new momentum into the international communication of Chinese culture in the new era.

It brings together diverse civilizations across the globe, where commercial vitality intersects with digital contemporary art. Drawing hundreds of thousands of visitors worldwide each day, it serves as a vital venue for showcasing Chinese culture and fostering exchanges and mutual learning among different civilizations.
In recent years, the international communication of Chinese culture has evolved from the one-way export of cultural products to deeper, equal dialogues between civilizations. Leveraging Times Square as a global communication hub, the "Cultural China Public Welfare Exhibition" presents original creations by Chinese artists to international audiences. Chinese Gourmet Louis

Louis is Culinary Director of Canlu and Head Chef of Canlu in Beijing. He studied under Zhou Yuanchang, a master of Shanghai-style cuisine. With 25 years of experience in the catering industry and over 20 years working as an executive chef, he holds the title of National Senior Technician and serves as a senior international judge for vocational skills competitions.
